Shipping and Returns

For t-shirts, turnaround time is 3-5 working days. For posters, turnaround time is 2-5 working days. Your item(s) will be dispatched within this timeframe.

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If a product is faulty, email us hauntedhedgerow@gmail.com with the details within 28 days of dispatch to arrange a replacement or refund.

If your product does not arrive (gets lost in transit), please contact us. This must be after 10 working days after dispatch but before 60 days. You may be elligible for a refund or replacement.
